Warehouse Manager - Distribution & Logistics

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM-2:30 PM (may shift to 6:00 AM start)
Warehouse Size: 180,000 sq. ft.

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager with strong distribution, warehouse, and shipping experience to lead daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This role supervises approximately 20 employees, supported by 3 supervisors and 4 leads, and requires active involvement on the warehouse floor.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee warehouse, distribution, shipping, and order-picking operations
  • Manage and support supervisors, leads, and warehouse staff
  • Ensure productivity, accuracy, and efficient workflow
  • Adapt quickly to changing daily priorities
  • Support early-morning operations and warehouse close at 3:30 PM

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in distribution, warehouse, and shipping operations
  • Strong order-picking background; long-term tenure preferred
  • Experience supervising teams of 20+ employees
  • Comfortable working in a small, less structured company
  • Flexible, hands-on leadership style
  • Spanish bilingual preferred
